Our performance areas can be defined either as part or overall assignments and can be covered in cooperation with select competent partners on a per-need basis.

The quality of the project processes determines the quality of the results. This has been our experience, whereby the realization has to correspond to the investment specifications. A 3-year operating warranty means that the operating costs are guaranteed and are therefore predictable.

We give these performance guarantees only because we are fully confident in our project process organization. If so desired, we operate the projects planned by us for communities or hotels for a full three years, introduce them to the market and hand over a fully functioning product. Logical, interlocking steps determine the chain of events all the way to the final acceptance of the project.
