For one and a half years, specialized companies built a spacious building with a bright, modern architecture. Now the Buchholz indoor swimming pool offers amateur and professional sports the largest pool of 2012 m2 in Switzerland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new 50-metre swimming pool and an attractive paddling pool for small children were built, which are integrated into a new building next to the existing 25-metre fun and sports pool including a slide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an innovation in Switzerland, the Olympic pool with 10 lanes can be divided into two 25 m pools and one 50 m pool, each with 5 lanes, using a separable mobile starting bridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 270 m2 wellness area is also available to bathers for relaxation and recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Buchholz indoor swimming pool in Uster, which reopened in December 2016, is the largest public indoor pool in Switzerland and a national centre of swimming performance. The indoor pool is certified according to Minergie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
