La r\u00e9novation de tous les b\u00e2timents a commenc\u00e9 en 1990. La premi\u00e8re phase a dur\u00e9 de novembre 1992 \u00e0 septembre 1993. La deuxi\u00e8me phase, dot\u00e9e de CHF&nbsp;100&nbsp;millions, \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire pour la r\u00e9novation des chambres et des suites.
