L&rsquo;ensemble du projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en BIM 5D, ce qui a permis d&rsquo;identifier et de r\u00e9soudre rapidement les \u00e9ventuels probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le processus de travail d&rsquo;une planification BIM-3D ainsi que les nombreuses installations de sprinklers dans la zone d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e se sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s particuli\u00e8rement complexes pour la planification. De plus, les installations techniques des b\u00e2timents en bois doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des exigences particuli\u00e8res pour permettre un fonctionnement s\u00fbr et sans probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kannewischer Ingenieurb\u00fcro AG a repris la planification des installations sanitaires et des sprinklers en cours de construction \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2018.
